The Calgary Flames and Calgary Flames Foundation will host their ninth annual Hockey Talks game Friday, February 19th when they host the Edmonton Oilers at the Scotiabank Saddledome.

The Calgary Flames Hockey Talks game is part of an effort with select NHL clubs dedicating one of their game nights to bringing awareness to this topic in an attempt to alleviate misconceptions and stigma that have been associated with mental health and raise awareness around mental health resources. Follow Calgary Flames web and social channels for more information throughout the day.

This includes the Canadian Mental Health Association, Kids Help Phone, Distress Centre and Calgary Counselling Centre. 50/50 tickets are available at 9:00am MT with sales being extended until 11:00pm. Participants must be over the age of 18 and in Alberta to purchase. AGLC license number 570062.

Last season the Calgary Flames Foundation donated over $300,000 to mental health programs through the Calgary Flames Foundation COVID-19 Community Support Program. Now more than ever we want to help our community be aware and navigate resources available for people of all ages and walks of life to reach out, and talk. The Calgary Flames Foundation has teamed up with charitable partners to provide information on resources available in our community for individuals and families struggling, looking for help or more information on mental health services, visit www.CalgaryFlamesFoundation.com/HockeyTalks.
