The Calgary Flames and Calgary Flames Foundation will host their ninth annual Hockey Talks game Friday, February 19th when they host the Edmonton Oilers at the Scotiabank Saddledome.
The city of Calgary is now home to Alberta’s first accessible and outdoor community rink. After winter construction, the Parkdale Community Association (PCA) has rebuilt its outdoor rink to make the facility more inclusive to the community, including sledge hockey players.
Residents at six of Bridges Community Living buildings were overjoyed upon hearing the news that the Calgary Flames Foundation will be supporting their mental and physical well-being with a donation in the amount of $23,000.
Scotiabank and the Calgary Flames Foundation are proud to announce the donation of 500 helmets to community groups throughout southern Alberta, which will be distributed by the Calgary Flames Sports Bank. Scotiabank is the official helmet sponsor of the Calgary Flames.
